Can You Apply for Permanent Residence in Peru?
Under the general permanent-resident route, qualifying foreign residents may apply after completing the required period of consecutive legal residence and meeting the conditions applicable to their migratory category.
The general permanent-resident route currently requires 3 consecutive years of legal residence in Peru for qualifying resident categories.
