What Does the S/800 Service Include?

The S/800 service covers the residency procedure carried out in Peru.

This includes review of your case and documents, preparation of your residency application, guidance with the Migraciones filing process, coordination of the applicable steps in Peru, and case follow-up.

Foreign Documents Are Quoted Separately

The S/800 service does not include obtaining or processing documents issued outside Peru. Depending on your case, you may need foreign birth certificates, criminal records, apostilles, legalizations, certified translations, or other supporting documents. DR DOCUMENTS can also help obtain, apostille, legalize, translate, or coordinate these documents when required. We will confirm the requirements and provide a separate quote before proceeding.

Brazilian documents: Documents issued in Brazil may require certified translation, apostille, or other formalities before they can be presented in Peru. These services are not included in the S/800 Peru residency service and can be quoted separately.
Estimated processing time: 2–4 months

We coordinate the residency application process in Peru and guide you through the required steps with Migraciones. Biometric data collection is completed in person at Migraciones when required.

No. This path is for MERCOSUR or Andean Community citizens who need Peruvian residency. If you are Peruvian, we will point you to the service that matches your goal.

The file is electronic. Most cases take about 1 to 6 months, depending on Migraciones appointments and your documents. We map the timeline after the free evaluation.
